State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA)

The State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) is an environmental review process that identifies and evaluates potential environmental impacts of proposed projects. This process includes the possible development of mitigation actions necessary to reduce adverse environmental impacts as a result of the project.

UPDATE 7/29/23: The Port of Anacortes has posted the Cap Sante West Basin Uplands Redevelopment SEPA Checklist and Determination on Non-Significance. These documents are linked below. Comments will not otherwise be accepted by telephone or personal conversation.
