NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given on behalf of the President of the Port Commission for the Port of Anacortes
that the Commission will hold a Special Meeting: May 4, 2021

- Executive Session
- 4:00 P.M.
- This will be a HYBRID meeting –attendees may choose to attend in person or remotely. Please let Jennifer Tottenham know if you plan to attend in person so that we may ensure all necessary safety precautions are in place: jen.tottenham@portofanacortes.com
- Purpose: To discuss with legal counsel representing the port litigation or potential litigation – RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)
- Commission will enter into Special Meeting for purposes of Call to Order and then recess into Executive Session. Following Executive Session the Commission will return to the Special Meeting for purposes of adjournment.
- The anticipated ending time of the Executive Session will be announced.
- Executive Sessions are not open to the public
Pursuant to Commission Resolution No. 1365 adopted June 9, 2020 and Washington State Governor’s Proclamation 20-28, all attendance at an open public meeting will not take place in-person but occur remotely, including the board directors and the public until the termination of the state of emergency pursuant to RCW 43.06.210, or until rescinded, whichever comes first.
