Special Meeting: Commission Executive Session

The Port of Anacortes Commission Meetings will be held virtually until allowable under the Washington State Governor’s Plan for reopening.
Pursuant to Commission Resolution No. 1365 adopted June 9, 2020 and Washington State Governor’s Proclamation 20-28, all attendance at an open public meeting will not take place in-person but occur remotely, including the board directors and the public until the termination of the state of emergency pursuant to RCW 43.06.210, or until rescinded, whichever comes first.
Port of Anacortes Special Commission Meeting – Executive Session
6:00 P.M.
Purpose: To discuss with legal counsel representing the port litigation or potential litigation – RCW 42.30.110(1)(i)
Commission will enter into Regular Open Session for purposes of Call to Order.
The Commission will then recess into Executive Session. The anticipate ending time of the Executive Session will be announced.
Executive Sessions are not open to the public.
