Notice is hereby given on behalf of the President of the Port Commission for the Port of Anacortes
that the Commission will hold a Special Meeting:
October 28, 2021
- Executive Session
- 6:00 P.M.
- Commission Meeting Room, Port of Anacortes Transit Shed, 100 Commercial Avenue

- Purpose: To discuss with legal counsel representing the port litigation or potential litigation – RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) and to evaluate the performance of a public employee – RCW 42.30.110(1)(g)

- Commission will enter into Special Meeting for purposes of Call to Order and then recess into Executive Session. Following Executive Session the Commission will return to the Special Meeting for purposes of adjournment.
- The anticipated duration 2 hours.
