The Commission welcomes input and feedback from our constituents. Please click here for information regarding submitting Public Comments to our Commission. Due to the large number of written public comments received and the anticipated amount of oral public comment for the August 17, 2023 Commission Meeting, the following procedures for public comment will be observed:

• Written public comment will only be accepted until 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 17, 2023. This will allow administrative time to print and distribute public comments. Any comments received after 3:00 PM, will be read into the record during the September 7, 2023 Commission Meeting.
• A sign-in sheet for oral public comments will be provided at the meeting. The sign in sheet will be available at 5:45 PM.
• The 3-minute limit for each person will be strictly enforced to allow time for each person to be heard. A neutral staff member will moderate the 3-minute time limit, giving the commentor a 1-minute warning, then calling up the next commentor when the 3-minute limit has been reached.
• Commentors may not cede their time to other people.
