It is the policy of the Commissioners of the Port of Anacortes, a municipal corporation, and Port employees, to make available to the public any and all identifiable Port records subject only to the exceptions contained in law, and to abide by the spirit and the intent of the Public Disclosure Act.
Any person wishing to request access to public records of the Port of Anacortes, or seeking assistance in making such a request should contact the public records officer of the Port. We ask that requests for access to Port documents be recorded by using the Port’s Public Records Request Form below:

The Port of Anacortes has many documents that are available to the public. Please note that any request received via e-mail that is quarantined by the Port's e-mail software will not be opened.
