Surplus Property Sale
In accordance with Revised Code of Washington, RCW 53.80.090, the Port of Anacortes will hold a surplus property sale to dispose of miscellaneous personal property no longer needed for Port purposes.

Sealed Bid Only, and the Port reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any informality and to contract as the best interests of the Port may require. The Port reserves the right to request a best and final offer and negotiate changes, terms, conditions, and process offered. All items offered for sale shall be sold in lot quantity, and the lots will not be broken. All items offered for sale shall be sold “as is”, where is and with all faults. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Sealed Bids must be received no later than 5 PM on August 28, 2010 . Bids should include Name, Address, Telephone Number, Lot Number, and Bid Amount. Successful bidders will be notified by telephone.
Terms are full payment, including all applicable taxes, by money order, cashiers check, cash or credit card made payable to the Port of Anacortes. Full payment must be made prior to pickup. Payment should be made at the main Port office, located at 1st and Commercial Avenue, Anacortes WA 98221.
Successful bidders with payment receipts must make arrangements to remove item(s) from Port Facilities on September 7, 2010 from 12:00-5:00 or September 11, 2010 from 8:00-12:00. All costs associated with the removal of sold items shall be borne by the buyer. If not so removed, the buyer will be deemed to have abandoned the items. The Port may offset the costs of reasonable storage or rental value, resale or other administrative costs from payment made by buyer.
